Job Description

Gressingham is a family-owned business. It has grown to become the largest Duck Producer in the UK.
We have an opportunity for a weekend Commercial Farm Worker to join our business working at our site in Woodbridge.

Requirements of Farm Worker:

Supporting the farm in the day-to-day running and producing Ducks of the highest standards
Ensuring Poultry Welfare standards are maintained and that you and the team maintain safe working practices
Ensuring the provision of ventilation, feed, water, and optimal conditions are kept at optimum levels
Having a good attitude and being reliable
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records
Assisting with bedding up, mucking out, and wash down of site when turnaround of birds happens
Weekend Welfare Checks
Power Washing yard etc
Assisting to set up sheds in turn around

Job Type: Weekend
Hours of work: Saturday and Sunday from 7 am – 12 pm
Salary: £12.33 per hour on Weekends and £9.50 per hour on the week
